Return Policy:

 For full refund contact me within 4 days of receiving delivery, ship items back within: 7 days of delivery. No exchanges or cancellations for custom and personalized orders or sale items.

Shipping Policy:

 I ship Monday - Friday using USPS within 5 business (Mon.-Fri.) days of purchase.

Custom Order Policy:

When requesting a custom order please allow 4-8 weeks for orders to be completed.

 Custom orders can take 4-8 weeks to complete due to obtaining items to make the orders.

Also if this is an item I haven't made before I will need the time to make sure that I am making a quality product for you. I will send pictures for approval before sending. 

I reserve the right to cancel orders at anytime.

A 25% deposit is required at the time the order is placed, deposit is nonrefundable if buyer cancels order. If order is canceled by seller (the virgo vibes) deposit will be returned. No returns or exchanges on custom orders.
